My stay at Vivari Hotel And Spa By Mantis was a mix of beautiful surroundings and frustrating service. The hotel is stunning and provides a great escape from city life, but the service definitely needs improvement. On a couple of occasions, I found my room wasn't cleaned until I asked, which was disappointing for a high-end place. The overall experience felt somewhat lacking although some aspects were quite good.
